Toy-Dog in a Basket

Posted by
Mariana Maoduš (Waterloo, Canada) on 14 December 2012 in Documentary & Street and Portfolio.

Nostalgic look on man’s face and his toy-dog in a basket tells me the story:
He used to have a beautiful dog like this one he saw on the street, he used to run with him. He spent years and years with him as his
the best friend, and now without his friend and with a toy only in his
basket he is tired, sick, old and great memory on his dog only remains.

Canon EOS 5D 1/640 second F/13.0 ISO 400 15 mm

"The moment always dictates in my work. What I feel, I do. This is the most important thing for me. Everybody can look, but they don't necessarily see. I never calculate or consider; I see a situation and I know that it's right, even if I have to go back to get the proper lighting."
