"The moment always dictates in my work. What I feel, I do. This is the most important thing for me. Everybody can look, but they don't necessarily see. I never calculate or consider; I see a situation and I know that it's right, even if I have to go back to get the proper lighting."

A great "over the shoulder" shot that you've captured here! It seems to evoke a sense of curiousity on the woman's behalf as she peers over the fence. Great detail and texture captured in the wooden fence as well.

The great thing about going to bed early and sleeping late is I have no idea what image got replaced or what the prior comments pertain it's just a quiet moment and a little story to imagine ; ]

29 Oct 2011 2:19pm

@ordinaryimages: I am sorry my dear friend ;) When I woke up this morning and looked at my picture for today I even could not believe it was my picture . Yes, that girl is pretty, with great smiles, but colors were killing me this morning after very bad dreams I had last night :) Now I feel better with this BW image on my page :)

30 Oct 2011 2:50am

Maria from California, United States

Eh...on the other side of the fence, I doubt she wished to be there, as Klaus says, but of course, only this girl/woman, and perhaps, you, Mariana, can know, if it was better there, or not...or maybe just the same...
Of course this image has a lot more powerful meaning (that you leave free to our own interpretation) doubt, but both images are equally good from a photographic point of view...
