The Wall of Separation

"The moment always dictates in my work. What I feel, I do. This is the most important thing for me. Everybody can look, but they don't necessarily see. I never calculate or consider; I see a situation and I know that it's right, even if I have to go back to get the proper lighting."

Gérard Beullac from Paris, France

I don't know what's the story of these 2 women and if there is only a link between themselves.
I enjoy one more time your sense of composition in which you tell 2 (or more) things in the same image.
Also what is clear here is this ability you have in making distinct a person from the background playing with the textures more than with the DOF.
In brief, I like this one too, maraiana.
Have a good day!

Oleg from Podolsk, Russian Federation

To my mind there is the some strange and probably strong connection between characters of this scene.
Success of this unusual photography consists in the very tense atmosphere.

2 May 2011 6:04pm

@Oleg: thanks Oleg . I would say - a strong dislike or disconnection , rather then connection ;)

At each visit, your worldview amazes me ! I admire this particular way of reading time and to return in full force, as thou hast felt ! I feel that you work quickly, alert, erect antennas ... When me, I need to ruminate, turn around, look for the angle of attack ... And I realize that your blog is not my favorite ! Oh ! :)

7 May 2011 6:08pm
