A Loner, a loser or winner ?

Canon PowerShot SX100 IS 1/250 second F/4.0 ISO 80 32 mm

*

"The moment always dictates in my work. What I feel, I do. This is the most important thing for me. Everybody can look, but they don't necessarily see. I never calculate or consider; I see a situation and I know that it's right, even if I have to go back to get the proper lighting."
~ Andre Kertesz

30 Apr 2010 12:42pm

Bettina from United States

Maybe all three. Great title, great colors, and a stunning scale for this lone figure. The artifice of the concrete and the lines and color painted strike me as how strangely we organzine the earth into something structured and defined so we can call it winning or losing. That single blue pole makes a great relationship to the figure.

30 Apr 2010 3:03pm

@Don: Thx Don . As you can notice I have no time for replying , only in a case when someone really asks something interesting or comment something I feel I need to reply . Other than that , each morning I go through comments from the previous day / picture and take a look at each one. If first impression is not left on me , I skip commenting , but usually trying to see what is cool and what is that that makes this friend to take a shot of it ;)) Thx for your Am3 friendship and your support too ;)

I like this one a lot : lines are so strong, colors, drawings, and this lonely man (so intriguing) seems like a mere pawn on a chessboard or some other game. Colors are superb : that soft red, soft greyish and flash of blue work so well. Bravo !
