Jumbo chalk drawingsPosted by Mariana Maoduš (Waterloo, Canada) on 8 May 2010 in People & Portrait and Portfolio.
* "The moment always dictates in my work. What I feel, I do. This is the most important thing for me. Everybody can look, but they don't necessarily see. I never calculate or consider; I see a situation and I know that it's right, even if I have to go back to get the proper lighting."

@Bettina: Picture cannot show this , but it seemed to me these girls are first time with chalks in their hands and their drawings are simple 'smiles' only , that 2y/o kid would do ;) @amirreza: :) @k@: thx Karine . Yes, I took this picture in a park , where everyone find a little space for themselves . @NaDu: NO, you are not wrong . I was processing this image for about 30 minutes . Did not like it in sepia as it was my first idea . Did not like too many colors either from original shot . So, that is why I did layer-processing, taking colors of curtains only for that sepia version, and made this sepia version a little bit more alive ! Thanks NaDu :) @Richard T: Yes, for boring old you ( ha ha ) these pinkish curtains are strange , but not for me . I love how they make picture a little bit more alive . @Srujan Chennupati: That is fine . We all like it different way . I am right back to you to see your work . @Amir Taheri Kondar: thanks Amir :) |
