A good question. She seems concerned about the dog being there. But, the dog certainly isn't worried. I like the lady's red coat and all that red popping off the posters and signs.

Strong reds and I love the background posters adding another ingredient /dimension to the composition. You seem to be saying it's a man... to me it's a woman ... but it doesn't really matter.
All that fuss about the chilled-out and bored dog ..it'll become neurotic ... let sleeping dogs lie ;-)
